Teams

Surgent's offers boys and girls team programs. Competing in gymnastics builds great strength, discipline, fitness and self-esteem. It also builds character and teaches children the importance of both teamwork and individual achievement. We specialize in team training for ages 5 to 18 and all ability levels.

Our team program is the largest in the state and recognized nationally as perennial producers of elite gymnasts. We have achieved this by helping our athletes obtain full scholarships on NCAA teams; earn spots on Senior National and Olympics Teams.  Most notable Surgent's gymnastics alumni are Dominick Minicucci and David Durante. Dominic represented the United States on the 1988 and 1992 (1992 Team Captain) Olympic Team and David as an alternate on the 2004 and 2008 Olympic Team.
