Ages 1.5 to 3: Cubs & Me

The parent and child are led by instructor through age appropriate activities, equipment and obstacle courses. Included in the curriculum will be activities with simple directions following for safety and learning. Props and visual cues such as colored lines and dots will help your child know where to line up, wait their turn and follow a circuit. Each class is designed to provide children with just the right mix of skills and challenges to leave class with a great sense of accomplishment.

Age 3: Tumble Bears

Your little "Tumble Bear" gets to participate in a high energy class while parents cheer from the waiting room. Classes are separated by age to promote social interaction and physical development. Our low student-to-teacher ratio ensures personal attention and maximizes safety. Our Tumble Bears instructors use obstacle courses and teaching circuits to introduce new skills. The weekly lesson plan is designed to provide the right balance of gymnastics skills and fun.

Age 4: Super Stars

The "Super Stars" class continues skill building through obstacle courses and introduces the Olympic events for both boys and girls. Our specialized equipment is the perfect learning tool for this age and ability. Classes are separated by age to promote social interaction and physical development. Our low student to teacher ratio ensures personal attention and maximizes safety. Each class is designed to provide children with just the right mix of skills and challenges to leave class with a great sense of accomplishment.
