     Beginner

Beginner

This is the 1st of 5 total levels in our Recreation Class Program. We group the class in two year age brackets (ex. Ages 5 to 7). No prior experience in gymnastics is required for this Beginner Level. Our instructors introduce each of the Olympic events to the students through age and level appropriate skills. The weekly lesson plan is designed to provide the right balance of gymnastics skills and fun.
    Advanced Beginner

Advanced Beginner

This is the 2nd of 5 total levels in our Recreation Class Program. We group the class in two year age brackets (ex. Ages 5 to 7). This level is designed to build upon the basic skills learned in the Beginner Level. Students will be introduced to new skills and challenges on all of the Olympic events. The weekly lesson plan is designed to provide the right balance of gymnastics skills and fun.
   Intermediate

Intermediate

This is the 3rd of 5 total levels in our Recreation Class Program. We group the class in two year age brackets (ex. Ages 7 to 9). This level paves the way for higher skill learning. Although block pit and trampolines are still used at this level a majority of the class is spent perfecting a list of skills on the Olympic events.
  Advanced Intermediate

Advanced Intermediate

This is the 4th of 5 total levels in our Recreation Class Program. We typically group the class in two year age brackets (ex. Ages 9 to 11). This level paves the way for higher skill learning. Although block pit and trampolines are still used at this level a majority of the class is spent perfecting a list of skills on the Olympic events. Our instructors at this level also coach our competitive teams. They incorporate the latest trends in technique, skill development, safety and spotting from around the world.

This is the final level in our Recreation Class Program. We typically group the class in two year age brackets (ex. Ages 11 to 13). Students in the Advanced Level will be challenged throughout the year to learn over fifty gymnastics skills on the Olympic events. Our teachers at this level also coach our competitive teams. They incorporate the latest trends in technique, skill development, safety and spotting from around the world.
